Rep. Cox Opens Sinking Spring District Office

Rep. Jim Cox (R-Berks) today announced that his district office in Sinking Spring is now open to serve the people of the 129th Legislative District.
 
District office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is located at 2909 Windmill Road, Suite 7, Sinking Spring. The phone number is (610) 670-0139. The fax number is (610) 927-3584.
 
“I’m happy to report that my district office is now open to serve the citizens of western Berks County,” Cox said. 
 
Some of the services provided by my district office include:
 
  • Provide all Pennsylvania government state forms
  • Copies of birth and death certificates
  • Assist with motor vehicle registration
  • Copies and analysis of all state legislation
  • Information on unemployment claims
  • Information on all PA state departments
  • Help with PA state tax forms
  • Complaint forms for local police
  • Complaint forms for consumer complaints
  • Information on Tuition Assistance Program
  • Help with PACE forms
  • Help with Property Tax Rent Rebate forms
  • Provide PHEAA forms
 
“My staff and I are ready to assist you and hear your thoughts with any state-related issue that you may have,” said Cox. “The opinions of the citizens of the 129th Legislative District matter to me. I look forward to your input on state-related legislative issues.”
 
The 129th Legislative district includes most of the communities in Western Berks County.
